We are so excited to welcome back the Scholastic Book Fair to Cascade Ridge this year! The Book Fair will take place after school on Wednesday, March 1st through Friday, March 3rd in the Cascade Ridge library.
The Book Fair is not a drop-off event. Students must be accompanied by an adult at the Fair.
Students/parents may pay by cash, check (made out to Cascade Ridge PTSA), credit card, or by utilizing Scholastic E-Wallet. You can learn more about the e-wallet option & set it up here: Scholastic E-Wallet.
The student’s barcode will be scanned to check out and family members and friends can even gift funds online! Remaining balances can be used on the Scholastic site.
In addition to purchasing books to help grow your home libraries and help benefit our school, you will also have the option to purchase books off your teacher’s wish list and grow their classroom library as well! Come check out our Teacher Wish List area at the Fair, grab a card and a book off their list and donate it directly to your classroom library.

All students who completed a reading log or tracker during Eager Reader can redeem it for a FREE book at the Book Fair. Please bring your completed log to the Eager Reader table at the Fair to claim your book. (Note: books will not come from the Book Fair stock. There will be separate selections at the Eager Reader table).
Let’s have some fun while we celebrate reading! Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be Spirit Days at school. Participation is always optional.
Wednesday: “Under the Sea” Day: Show off some fin-tastic spirit! Think: pirates, mermaids and fishies, oh my!
Thursday: Cozy Up With a Good Book: Pajama Day!
Friday: Fave Storybook Character Day: Dress like your favorite storybook character! No masks, weapons or props, please. Be sure to be respectful of others’ cultures.
We’d also love for your Coyote to show us what their favorite book is by decorating a book coloring page, found in the Eager Reader packet that was sent home. Need another copy? No problem! You can find one here:Book Coloring Page
Drop your completed book in the Treasure Chest outside the front of the school before Wednesday, March 1st. We’ll display these in the library through our Book Fair.
