It was a fun night spent spanning the globe at this year’s Geography Bee! Thank you to the twenty-three 4th and 5th graders who participated in the event! The questions reached all corners of the map with the winning answer coming from Arnav Theppasandra who correctly answered questions like – ‘Warriors in the local Samburu community work to protect lions south of Lake Turkana in which African country?’ Nathan Evans was a close runner-up with only ONE point separating the two contestants.
