The PTSA Board would like to “spotlight” Melissa Bortnick for her dedication to our school community!

Melissa is ever willing to help out. She has readily stepped up on various occasions this year when there was an urgent need for volunteer help.

At Silly Spaghetti, she was the MC for the entertainment program provided by the student musicians. She went above and beyond her role, creating a calm, nurturing atmosphere backstage, making the young musicians feel encouraged and recognized, and even managing to ease away a sudden bout of stage fright.

She was there for Vision and Hearing Day when we requested her at the last minute to help us out and was an instrumental member of the volunteer team on Picture Day.

It is always a pleasure to see her cheerful self around the school. Her spirit and caring personality make a difference at our various events. Thanks Melissa for being such a great asset to the school community!
