Are you interested in helping start Girls on the Run at Cascade Ridge? This program
aims at helping 3rd – 5th grade girls celebrate being girls! Through this non-
competitive program girls run, play active games, talk about important issues, eat
snacks and focus on building their self-esteem and improving their physical and
emotional health. We need volunteer coaches in order to run this program in the
