THANK YOU Eager Reader Volunteers & Sponsors (Red Robin, Hop Jack's & Pizza Pazzo)!!!
Another year of Eager Reader is in the books! Congratulations to all our Eager Readers. Over 550,000 minutes of reading were logged over the month of the program. The students earned a fun assembly with The Noise Guy as their prize for exceeding 500,000 minutes read.

Thank you to all our classroom volunteers. They packed and delivered many prize bags over the past month.

We would like to send a special Thank You shout out to our Red Robin Issaquah and Hop Jack’s in Klahanie for providing a kids meal as the week 4 prize.

As part of the program, the classroom in each grade with the most minutes won a pizza party. Thank You to Pizza Pazzo in Klahanie for providing pizza to our winning classrooms.

Thanks to everyone for their support in keeping our kids reading!

It's Caring Through Sharing time! - December 2-5
Cascade Ridge will once again be collecting much needed holiday gifts for Issaquah families in need. We will be partnering with the Issaquah Food Bank to help fill their Holiday Gift Barn. The Food Bank will be setting up a 'store' where families in need can shop for needed items and holiday gifts. Each classroom with be assigned a theme. You can bring in an item from that theme, OR donate a gift card for groceries, OR donate gift wrapping supplies. This is of course optional, I know many families have other groups they help and support. Look for information and details coming in November from your Classroom Caring Through Sharing Rep. Donations will be collected in the classroom the week of December 2-5. Donations need to be new and unwrapped. If you have any questions please contact Chrisann Penz chrisannpenz@yahoo.com
